Quotations are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated and may be subject to change should there be any variation in material costs, supplier pricing, production requirements, or project scope.
An order shall only be deemed confirmed once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Uniplex Media reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any order prior to payment confirmation.
Any changes requested by the client after an order has been confirmed may result in additional charges, revised timelines, or cancellation of the original order.
Full payment is required upfront before any work, including design, production, procurement of materials, or scheduling of services, will commence, unless otherwise agreed in writing for approved clients.
Where credit terms are granted at the discretion of Uniplex Media, payment must be made within the agreed period.
